All Letterbox bouquets are sent via Royal Mail 24. Order by 2pm for same-day dispatch Monday- Friday. Orders for Saturday dispatch must be ordered before 2pm the previous day.
While 95% of Royal Mail 24 parcels are delivered the next working day, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses only.

HOW LETTERBOX FLOWERS ARE SENT

1) Our beautiful bouquets are hand-packed in a protective netting, which holds the flowers in place, ensuring they have a safe journey to the recipient's house.
2) Our letterbox bouquets have been specially designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, so there is no need to worry about the recipient not being in.
3) Bouquets are sent in bud, enhancing their beauty for even longer.

(Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, at times we may substitute specified flowers with alternatives of a similar style and quality).

Returns

We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our flowers and our customer service. We select flowers that we know travel well, however, if flower quality is of concern, please contact us immediately. It is essential that we be informed within 48 hours of receiving your flowers, and good quality, multiple photos are supplied to us which were taken on the day of receipt of the flowers. Every effort is made to ensure that our customers receive the product and service that they expect.

Please note that our Products contain fresh flowers we cannot accept returns, you may however, cancel your order/request replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
a. You notify MyGiftGenie in writing by 10am (GMT) the day the product(s) are due to be dispatched.
b. We have failed to deliver the products(s) within 3 working days after the day you have dispatched
c. We deliver the wrong product(s)
d. Your product(s) was/were sub-standard or faulty & within 24 hours after you have discovered that the fault or defect. Please notify us of the fault or default, attaching a photograph of the product(s) illustrating the fault or defect (provided that you shall be deemed to have inspected the order as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 24 hours after receipt)

If an order is cancelled under the conditions in a. b. c. or d. we shall be responsible for all sums paid in respect of the order in question. Notice of wish to cancel must be made by email to returns@mygiftgenie.com. For the avoidance of doubt, save in respect of faulty or defective products, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give you rights of cancellation in regard to the products, which by their nature are seasonable and perishable. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights. The following circumstances are beyond our control: adverse weather conditions and force majeure.
